Objectives of the Course
In this lesson, Tourism and Travel Services program, The receiver is (incoming) to gain the competence to introduce the functions of agencies

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can define the basic concepts of travel agents. PO-1 The students who have completed the program successfully: 1. Describe basic concepts about Tourism and Travel Services Program.
Examination
LO-2 Can describe the functions of the travel agencies. PO-2 Know legal arrangements and business standards in the field of Tourism and Travel Services Program.
PO-8 Analyse the problems that encounter in the sector with theoretical and practical experience and produce solutions.
PO-21 Follow professional innovations and improve themselves constantly.
Examination
LO-3 Agreement signed between tour operators and travel agencies in accordance with the terms of airport operations tanıtabilecektir preparations. PO-12 Know the practices of agency operations, tour planning, tour operations, operation management and participate in them actively.
PO-15 Know how to make reservation and ticketing about all travel agencies who provide transportation services and participate in them actively.
Examination
LO-4 The students, can explain the legal groups and their tasks of travel agencies. PO-8 Analyse the problems that encounter in the sector with theoretical and practical experience and produce solutions.
PO-13 Know and apply making reservation, coordinating with hotel and other accomodation businesses, managing customer relations, calculations, and accounting and registering.
PO-15 Know how to make reservation and ticketing about all travel agencies who provide transportation services and participate in them actively.

The student tour operator in accordance with enterprise policy and the tour operator can identify the steps for preparing the package tour business policy in accordance with agency-tour operator-welcoming hotel agreements.
