Prospective students of Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University must submit the required documents for enrolling themselves in the courses in accordance with the rules and regulations of Higher Education Board and Interuniversity Board during the registration period, which is announced on the relevant academic calendar.

The Department of Student Affairs handles enrollment responsibilities for foreign students in accordance with the timetable provided in the notice.
Documents Required for Registration:
1. Application Form (can be retrieved from www.nevsehir.edu.tr )
2. High school diploma:
Those who do not have received their diplomas yet are required to submit an official paper from their schools bearing the exact date of their graduation in future. The “ Certificate of Equivalence” shall be required during the enrollment period.They can receive this certificate, which shows that their diplomas are equivalent to those issued by the high schools in Turkey, either from the Turkish Ministry of Education or the Turkish Embassy in their countries.
3. Official Transcript :
The official transcript approved by the Head's Office of the high school from which the prospective student has graduated.
4. A valid Test Result:
The students must submit the original or confirmed copy of the test result (SAT I, GCE, ACT, TAWJIHI etc.)
5. A copy of passport
6. 2 photos (They must be 4,5 x 6 cm in size and less than 6 months old.Face has to be visible.)
