Objectives of the Course
The aim of ticketing lesson; teaching the definiton and the basic information of aviation and tickets and also the calculation of tickets fee.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Will be able to issue tickets in travel agencies. PO-15 Know how to make reservation and ticketing about all travel agencies who provide transportation services and participate in them actively.

LO-2 Students will have information on the global ticketing companies PO-12 Know the practices of agency operations, tour planning, tour operations, operation management and participate in them actively.

General information of IATA, IACO, ticketing operations, freedoms of the air and the kinds of tickets and vocation.
