Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to introduce the tourist guiding profession and to enable students to acquire the basic theorical knowledge related with performing tourist guiding profession.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can describe basic concepts related with tourist guiding. PO-3 Know the internal and external environmental factors that Tourism and Travel Services Program can be affected.
PO-4 Know how to organize and present information, presentation, guiding, transportation, meetings-congress organizations, and other services.

LO-2 Can describe package tours and characteristics of package tours. PO-15 Know how to make reservation and ticketing about all travel agencies who provide transportation services and participate in them actively.
