Objectives of the Course
To inform students about the process in the front office, front office and the issuing of the documents used in the teaching of foreign terms

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Learns the functioning of a portion of the front office-hotel enterprises. PO-1 Describe the basic concepts concerning tourism and hotel management
PO-3 Know the internal and external environmental factors which have an effect on tourism and hotel management.
PO-8 With the theoretical and practical experience obtained, they are able to analyze and provide solutions to the problems encountered of the sector.
Examination
LO-2 Tasks and learn the properties of front office and staff. PO-17 Respect seniors and complete the assigned tasks fully; create their personal solutions in case of crisis.
PO-18 Prepare reports regarding their task and present them to their seniors.
PO-19 Assist colleagues by doing the tasks apart from their own in extraordinary situations.
Examination
LO-3 Learn the general concepts used in the front office and operations PO-5 Easily apply the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained from school and internship practices.

Course Contents
Hotel staff and front office duties of the organizational chart, and this chapter and the functional relationships between properties and other departments, the foreign terms used in the front office, front office reservation departments, counseling, reception, front frame and power plant operation and content of documents and functions are used.
