To inform students about the process in the front office, front office and the issuing of the documents used in the teaching of foreign terms |

LO-1 | Learns the functioning of a portion of the front office-hotel enterprises. |
PO-1 Describe the basic concepts concerning tourism and hotel management
PO-3 Know the internal and external environmental factors which have an effect on tourism and hotel management. PO-8 With the theoretical and practical experience obtained, they are able to analyze and provide solutions to the problems encountered of the sector. |

Hotel staff and front office duties of the organizational chart, and this chapter and the functional relationships between properties and other departments, the foreign terms used in the front office, front office reservation departments, counseling, reception, front frame and power plant operation and content of documents and functions are used. | ||
