Objectives of the Course
The undergraduate level students’ of tourism education having knowledge about position, importance and functions of travel agents and tour operators in the tourism distribution system

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Defines the basic concepts of Travel and Tourism Management PO-1 The students who have completed the program successfully: 1. Describe basic concepts about Tourism and Travel Services Program.

LO-2 Can explain how to organize presentation and information services in travel agency. PO-12 Know the practices of agency operations, tour planning, tour operations, operation management and participate in them actively.
