Objectives of the Course
To analyse, effects of Money and credit policies on economic activities. To discuss, the perception of Money, Money systems and mainly theories of the money policies, up-to-date level. To gain ability to produce alternative solution strategies by understanding reasons of instability and its results.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can discuss the historical of the concept of money and its contents. PO-10 comprehend the market developments , follow and comment on them, while having the knowledge of capital market and new financial techniques.
PO-11 Understand and comprehend market research, information systems, consumer behaviors, strategic marketing, global markets, product and service strategies, product life curve, pricing and supply chain in the points of providing continuity of businesses in the process of globalization.
PO-17 Use modern methods and technologies of business administration including analytical thinking and information technology in the first instance.
Examination
LO-2 Can explain the functions of Banking and the structure of Financial Markets. PO-10 comprehend the market developments , follow and comment on them, while having the knowledge of capital market and new financial techniques.
PO-16 have information about management information systems and IT applications used in the fields of business and accounting practices, and acquire skills of using the necessary software.
Examination
LO-3 Be able to analyze monetary policy applications in open and closed economies and the efficiency of monetary policy during the crisis. PO-6 have the importance of accounting in terms of firms, its extent, basic accounting concepts, theoretical knowledge on financial ratios and charts and they can use these datum.
PO-10 comprehend the market developments , follow and comment on them, while having the knowledge of capital market and new financial techniques.
PO-11 Understand and comprehend market research, information systems, consumer behaviors, strategic marketing, global markets, product and service strategies, product life curve, pricing and supply chain in the points of providing continuity of businesses in the process of globalization.
Examination
LO-4 Be able to explain the concept of inflation and basic theories of inflation. PO-2 analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged about modern management techniques.
PO-3 have information about the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management process and strategic analysis and strategy selection, implementation and control strategies.

Course Contents
To understand and to be able to use basic knowledge in economic-social and financial issues, to assess and interpret them, to analyze economic, social and financial developments, to have opinions and represent them in economic issues, to acquire the ability to create solution to various economic problems. To have the basic theoretical knowledge of economics and the ability to perform analyses. To have theoretical knowledge of fiscal and financial ratios and tables, to able to analyse, interpret and utilize them.
