Objectives of the Course
This course aims to inform the students about the practices of human resources management. The other purpose of this course is making students have early information about the practices of HRM that they can meet during their professional lives.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can define the HRM applications in organizations PO-4 have advanced level of knowledge on topics such as job analysis, provision and assigning of human resources, career, performance evaluation and performance-based pricing which are within the scope of human resources management applications that are encountered in both public and private sector.

LO-2 can analyze personnel procurement and selection processes. PO-18 Have the ability to work with disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams; to be open to change and innovation, to be entrepreneur, to gain life-long learning; to have leadership qualities and to make analytical communication with managers and specialists in other fields.
