Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to introduce the institutional structures in which the students are expected to be employed after graduation, and to enable students to produce analytical solutions by teaching the theoric aspects of the discipline of public administration and the Turkish public administration system. |

LO-1 | Can describe the fundamental concepts in management and public administration. |
PO-3 have information about the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management process and strategic analysis and strategy selection, implementation and control strategies. PO-4 have advanced level of knowledge on topics such as job analysis, provision and assigning of human resources, career, performance evaluation and performance-based pricing which are within the scope of human resources management applications that are encountered in both public and private sector. |
