Objectives of the Course
To understand the size and parameters of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, to introduce the mechanical parts and the tasks of cooling system, to teach cooling cycle, the materials used in electrical circuits, the principles and properties.

LO-1 Explain basic concepts of air-conditioning and refrigeration. PO-17 Know the working principles of washers, driers, heaters, cookers or coolers that are used at houses. Make maintenance or repair of them.

Basic concepts of refrigeration and air- conditioning, refrigeration systems and methods, parts of refrigeration systems, thermostat and structure of its, definition AC motors in used refrigeration and connections, air-conditioner systems and determining of installation properties in the hospitals.
