Objectives of the Course | |||||
This course aims to make students familiar with basic principles of law. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to analyze basic legal problems and learn basic concepts of law. |

Course Contents | ||
Law and social order (moral and religious norms), different meanings of the law( positive law, statute law, natural law), the sources of law and hierarcy of the sources, main branches and basic concepts of public and private law, law organization of the Turkish judical system. | ||
