Objectives of the Course | |||||
Explaining to the students who will work in the public sector, in the public administration, the branch of law, which we call “Management (Administrative) Law”, which is a part of public law, is applied. Disclosure that administrative law is a separate branch of law that consists of the rules of law specific to public administration. In addition, it is the most important aim of the course to teach that administrative law regulates the institutions specific to public administration, their functioning, relationships and responsibilities with individuals, and that judicial audits of public institutions are also included in the subject of administrative law. Thanks to the recent reforms in the public sector, the importance of this sector has once again emerged. Therefore, understanding the legal functioning of the sector and the legal dimension of the sector in relations with individuals is of vital importance for the students of the Local Administrations department. |
