| Course Contents | ||
| The characteristics and sources of labour law are explained. The meanings of terms such as employee, employer, job site, and enterprise regarding labour law is given. Contract of employment, the results of the termination, trade unions, collective labor agreement and the peaceful settlement of labour disputes, strike, and lock-out, basic concepts of social securities are discussed. | ||
