Objectives of the Course
To give information about the works written as mathnawi in Turkish Literature.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 The student learns, the Mathnawi it was written in Turkish literature, as well as the contents of the Mathnawi. PO-1 Turkish language to present the first written documents in chronological order from the circuit, together with their knows.
PO-3 Identifies problems related to the field.
PO-4 Collects the necessary data for solving the problems identified.
PO-6 Old Turkish Literature, in verse and prose works in Arabic script reads, explains.
PO-9 Makes the literary text analysis.
PO-14 Participate in studies related to the field.
PO-20 Related to the field of social, cultural and artistic activities, participates in and organizes.

Definition of mathnawi nazim form, the historical process of mathnawi in Arabic, Persian and Turkish literature, mathnawis according to centuries, subjects in mathnawi, evaluation of some mathnawis.
