Objectives of the Course
The course is designed to provide the students with the fundamentals of operations management, including production, production management, production systems, performance, demand forecasting, facility location, facility layout, inventory management and supply chain management.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Be able to define production and operations management. PO-14 Have knowledge of new approaches used in production, fundamentals of production management, production systems, distribution planning and break-even analysis, installation placement and production planning.
