Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course, the Turkish tourism policies set forth in accordance with legislation regulating the relations tourist.

Course Contents
Definition of tourism law, contracts related to tourism law, tourism incentive law, travel agencies and travel agencies association law, regulation on certification and qualifications of tourism facilities, inspection of certified investments and businesses, tourist guiding professional law, provisions of the law on marine tourism, provisions of the law on cultural and natural assets and other important laws and regulations related to tourism.
