Objectives of the Course | |||||
In this course, it is aimed for students to develop effective coping skills in stress situations they will encounter in their own lives while learning about stress and coping with stress in their first years of psychology. |

LO-1 | Define the concept of Stress in general. |
PO-1 Elder care and access to basic scientific knowledge, assessment, and has to apply the knowledge. PO-2 Follows current developments and practices for his/her profession and uses them effectively.
