Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to give information about basic concepts of law.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can learn the Turkish judicial organization. PO-3 He/She provides security and protection services for persons, institutions and organizations on the basis of authority, duties and responsibilities on legal and institutional basis.
PO-5 He/She fulfills the business and operations that can ensure the satisfaction of the internal and external customers in the course of the presentation of security and protection services.
Examination
LO-2 Can use an introduction information about private and public law areas. PO-3 He/She provides security and protection services for persons, institutions and organizations on the basis of authority, duties and responsibilities on legal and institutional basis.
PO-5 He/She fulfills the business and operations that can ensure the satisfaction of the internal and external customers in the course of the presentation of security and protection services.

PO-10 He/She comprehends its place and role in internal security services, and desires to fulfill its duties in a way to contribute to these services.

Course Contents
The concept of right and justice, legal systems, branches of law, sources of law, judicial organization, legal events, relations, transactions and rights, the concept of personality, the classification and competence of persons, the concept of inheritance and heirs, the right of property, its subject, scope and types, the concept of debt and contract types constitute the content of this course.
