Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce the materials, construction systems, construction operation, types of structure, properties and development style.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can demostrate knows the types of structure and visual fields. PO-37 Gains knowledge about the regional characteristics, plan types, building systems and building materials of traditional Turkish Houses.
Examination
LO-2 Can explain early Ottoman Architecture, Classical Ottoman Architecture, Mimar Sinan Period, Period of Westernization of the Ottoman Architecture, the Tulip Period Period Architecture, Baroque and Rococo Period Architecture, Architecture the Turkish Empire and the Republican Period Period Architecture. PO-37 Gains knowledge about the regional characteristics, plan types, building systems and building materials of traditional Turkish Houses.
Examination
LO-3 Can demostrate the grouping of architectural structures; important religious architectural structures (church, mosque, monastery, shrine, Vault, etc.). Plans and architectural elements. General construction concept, structure, purpose, structure, format, structure, structure of materials, construction, construction equipment, construction operation, the use of construction, the beauty, architecture, creation, design, action, and principles of the traditional and the overall classification of building types, the importance of the restoration.
