Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is usually thought of theoretical interpretation of the axis of Turkish sociologists wrote, person in Turkey based on the works of the historical, political, social and cultural, in terms of development assessment, based on the basic reasons for the differentiation of politics and economics approach to indexed-axis transformation process of thinking about history and culture and to develop an understanding of the students.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Turkish sociologists recognition, the ability to analyze the views of PO-1 1. Can understand the basic concepts regarding the sociology programs.
PO-6 6. Can assess and evaluate the data making use of the advanced knowledge and skills that they have acquired in the field, to define and analyze the issues connected with current technological developments finding ways to offer solutions to those issues based on the researched and evidence.
Examination
LO-2 Can evaluate development in Turkish sociology. PO-6 6. Examination
LO-3 Can get information about Turkish sociologists and their work. PO-2 2.Can transfer and adapt what they have acquired in the field of Sociology to other disciplines.
PO-5 5. Can dedicate to improve themselves by keeping abreast of the developments in science, technology and modern topics.
PO-14 14. Can use the information and communication technology required by the field of Sociology with a competence at the level of European Computer Driving License.

Movements of the main characteristics of Turkish sociology 19th century thinking, Islamism, Ottomanism, Nationalism, Pan-Turkism Turkish Sociology stages of growth: Prince Sebahattin Ziya Gokalp, Hilmi Ziya Country, Niyazi Berkes, Abraham law of Dr Nurettin Sazi Kösemihal, Cahit Tanyol, Cavit Orhan Tütengil, Belik Mübecel Belik Kiray and others.
