Basic concepts regarding ethics, elements of ethics, administrative ethics, philosophical dimension of administrative ethics, importance of ethics in public administration, ethical dilemmas, ethical codes, legislation of ethics, whistleblowers and their protection, administrative culture based on ethics, decision making based on ethics, character and virtue ethics, normative draft regarding administrative ethics in Turkey is aimed to examine in this course. |
