Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to have knowledge about the human resource selection, job placement and orientation process, which are one of the basic functions of Human Resources Management, to create and manage this process, and to have the ability to bring the human resources they need to their institutions.

LO-1 Students will be able to define selection, placement and interview techniques PO-1 Business, Economics, Law, Sociology, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, human resource management will have a basic knowledge about the theoretical and practical.
PO-2 Human Resources Management uses the basic and current technical information.
PO-3 Develop solutions to the problems encountered using the techniques of Human Resource Management, it respects the recommendations of the problem by creating a team to share responsibility and undertake necessary for this purpose.
Examination
LO-2 Students will be able to gain perfections that HR professionals must be proficient, with project-based studies. PO-2 Human Resources Management uses the basic and current technical information.
PO-3 Develop solutions to the problems encountered using the techniques of Human Resource Management, it respects the recommendations of the problem by creating a team to share responsibility and undertake necessary for this purpose.
