Objectives of the Course
To learn the basic concepts of commercial law, corporate ownership of information relating to the functioning and policies of valuable documents such as bills and checks in daily life is intended to be used as the foundation.

This course involves issues such as merchants and business concepts, merchant assistants, business records, commercial business, commercial, judicial and commercial litigation issues, trade name and business name, unfair competition, the current account contracts, partnership, limited partnership, general corporation, joint stock company, limited liability company, negotiable instruments, bill of excange, bil and cheque
