Objectives of the Course
To definitions of urbanism and city, put forward superstructure-infrastructure relationships of urban and environmental problems,demonstration of solutions to environmental problems caused by urbanization.

Course Contents
Introduction, definitions (urban, city, urban, plan-planning), the criteria for assessing cities (population, density, infrastructure and equipment),general principles of urban and environmental planning and planning approaches, and the hierarchy of types of plans (master plans and zoning plans),urbanization and population movements, characteristics of urbanization in our country, urban-industrialization and environmental issues,The importance of planning environmental protection.and environmental planning.
