The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 The importance of agricultural engineering in the field of the science of genetics and genes play a role in the core of my life, to say the least as much as the developed learn PO-5 To be able to recognize and evaluate plants produced for medicinal and aromatic purposes by using basic knowledge and skills.

History of genetics, genetic theories and concepts, molecular genetics, From chromosome to DNA, from DND to gene, replication, transcription, genetic code and protein synthesis, Mendelian genetics, genotypic and phenotypic segregations, gene linkage and crossing-over, epistatic gene interactions, quantitaitive genetics, population genetics and mutation genetics.
