Objectives of the Course
Understand the Turkish mythical belief and system of thought, learn about using the mythological information in the fields of practical folklore study.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Learn about using the elements of Turkish mythology in thr field of practical folklore. PO-1 improve and deepen their knowledge in the same or different field based on the graduate level and master level qualifications in their field of study.
PO-2 Interpret, solve and produce new data by integrating the data obtained from both their field of study and different fields of study.
PO-4 Make an efficient use of the resources in a relevant field of study based on their graduate levels of qualifications.
PO-7 Grasp the knowledge related to their field of study and make it public in line with the norms.
Examination
LO-2 Interpret about such as practical folklore, museums and tourism, Turkish mythology. PO-1 improve and deepen their knowledge in the same or different field based on the graduate level and master level qualifications in their field of study.

Basic concepts of mythology, myths origins, structure and functions, relationship between mythology and the other sciences, elements of Turkish mythology, practical folklore, museum and mythology, mythology and visual presentation.
