Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to gain basic concepts of measurement and evaluation, to teach measurement instruments used in education and to teach basic statistical procedures on the result of measurement.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can explain the basic concepts of measurement and evaluation. PO-1 Being knowledgeable about teaching programs, teaching strategies, methods and techniques, and measurement and evaluation.
PO-3 To satisfy the needs of students ability to recognise concepts and relationship between concepts related to the field.
PO-13 Being capable of using different evaluation and assessment techniques.
