Objectives of the Course
Aim of the course is to provide the students with basic experience in a wide variety of biochemical research techniques, and perform chemical and enzymatic analysis using calorimetric, electrophoretic, spectrophotometric and chromatographic techniques.

Acid and bases, preparation of buffers, Carbohydrate fermantation, Spectrophotometric analysis, Isolation of biomolecules, Protein purification, LDH purification, determination of protein quantity, calculations, Characterization of LDH, via SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting
