Objectives of the Course
The point of this lecture is to edification about enzymes, isolation, purification and usage areas of enzymes.

Introduction to enzymes, general features of enzymes, mechanism of enzymes action, enzyme kinetics, areas of usage of enzymes in food industry and medical field, production enzymes by gene technology, immobilized enzymes, artificial enzymes.
