Objectives of the Course
Aim of the course is to teach basic techniques used in molecular biology and recombinant DNA methods with applications.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can perform restriction and DNA sequencing analysis. PO-5 Explain transmission of genetic background in organisms and populations
PO-6 Develop an understanding of nature and history of scientific thought
PO-8 Develop an awareness of continuous learning in relation with modern technology

In situ hybridization techniques for DNA, DNA sequencing, Reporter gene construction, reporter assays, Protein isolation and purification, SDS-PAGE, Bradford Protein Assay, ELISA, Thin Layer and Column Chromatography
