Objectives of the Course
The basic principles of measurement, measurement errors, types, and detection, Introduction to the structure and working principle of measuring instruments, comprehend electrical and electronic measurable quantities.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explains the basic principles of measurement. PO-10 Knows electrical-electronic circuit elements. Gains knowledge about the installation, analysis and measurements of electrical and electronic circuits.

The basic principles of measurement, types of measurement errors and determinations, AC and DC systems, current, voltage, frequency, work, power and so on. The basic structure of the basic electrical quantities and circuit connection of measuring instruments for measuring and shapes.
