Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is introducing constitutional law, administrative and introduce criminal laws, and Judicial Law is examined under concept of mua’mala and conceive the basic approach and ideas in these areas and evaluate the developments and controversies in the history of jurisprudence in these areas |
