Objectives of the Course
Using statistical package program to analyze data and reporting the results. Students conduct survey research to learn research analysis techniques. Introducing the necessary tools to implement statistical methods and develop further the understanding of assumptions and limitations.

Course Contents
The content of this course includes the basic concepts of statistics, the subject and basic concepts of statistics as unit, mass and variable, definition and types of variable, measurement of variables and determination of appropriate measurement level, data collection and methods, sampling methods, introduction of statistical package program. It also includes data entry, data description, graphical and tabular representations, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and significance testing.
