Objectives of the Course
This course aims at providing an introduction to the institutional law of the European Union. It concentrates on sui generis features of the European Union, sources of EU law, Treaty amendments and its institutions.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can explain the institutions, functioning and decision-making process of the EU. PO-7 To be able to monitor developments using a foreign language at B1 level.

EU law I examines the history of the European union, sources of the EU law, main principles of the EU and the institutional structure of the EU.
