Course Contents |
This course; It contains basic information about the concepts and institutions of debt, liability, freedom of contract, prohibited transactions and legal transactions, tort and unjust enrichment as sources of debt in the Turkish Code of Obligations. In addition, information on law of obligations issues such as joint liability, contingent debt and the effect of debts on third parties are also within the scope of this course.
