Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to explain the evaluation of the fixed and variable yield securities performed by the investors and the issuers

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can state the operation of the financial markets. PO-2 Understand and explain the basic concepts in various fields of finance like banking, foreign trade, factoring, leasing operations, financial markets, and stock exchange operations, risk management, credit management, and corporate finance.
PO-3 Have sufficient knowledge about performing financial management functions (analysis, planning/budgeting, investment, financing, and auditing), preparing investment projects, evaluating, managing, and developing investment strategies.
PO-9 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged about modern management techniques
Examination
LO-2 Can recognize the concept of the secuity and it’s variaty of tools. PO-5 Have sufficient knowledge about national/international financial markets and institutions and can follow the changes and innovations in these areas.
PO-6 Have the necessary knowledge about financial / banking products and services and marketing of these products and services.
PO-14 Have the ability on considering the basic items of money, banking, and financial systems and the treatment process of these items.
Examination
LO-3 Can formulate the evaluation of the securities. PO-1 Have knowledge of basic information, usage, evaluation, and making comments about business finance, of analyzing the economic, social, and financial developments, of understanding financial systems, financial planning, and of interpretation of financial statements belonging to firms.
PO-5 Have sufficient knowledge about national/international financial markets and institutions and can follow the changes and innovations in these areas.
PO-6 Have the necessary knowledge about financial / banking products and services and marketing of these products and services.
