The purpose of this course is to explain the evaluation of the fixed and variable yield securities performed by the investors and the issuers |

LO-1 | Can state the operation of the financial markets. |
PO-2 Understand and explain the basic concepts in various fields of finance like banking, foreign trade, factoring, leasing operations, financial markets, and stock exchange operations, risk management, credit management, and corporate finance. PO-3 Have sufficient knowledge about performing financial management functions (analysis, planning/budgeting, investment, financing, and auditing), preparing investment projects, evaluating, managing, and developing investment strategies. PO-9 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged about modern management techniques |
