The aim of this lesson , the students the importance of investment projects, investment types, project transferring information about the methods used in the valuation and the valuation of risky projects , the ability to produce new projects in order to develop the entrepreneurial potential To gain the skills and project evaluation . |

The importance of investment projects , investment types , technical analysis, economic analysis , financial analysis, legal analysis, project static methods of valuation : the payback period , the average return rate, dynamic methods of project evaluation, net present value , internal rate of return, profitability index , The time value of money , future value , present value, comparing the dynamic methods, evaluation of risky projects , decision trees and simulation techniques , public support for investments in Turkey. | ||
