Objectives of the Course
to teach most effectively the evaluation of the real estate transactions

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can analyse problems about real estate valuation and financing. PO-1 Have knowledge of basic information, usage, evaluation, and making comments about business finance, of analyzing the economic, social, and financial developments, of understanding financial systems, financial planning, and of interpretation of financial statements belonging to firms.
PO-3 Have sufficient knowledge about performing financial management functions (analysis, planning/budgeting, investment, financing, and auditing), preparing investment projects, evaluating, managing, and developing investment strategies.
Examination
LO-2 Get knowledge about real estate valuation and financing and can discuss these information. PO-1 Have knowledge of basic information, usage, evaluation, and making comments about business finance, of analyzing the economic, social, and financial developments, of understanding financial systems, financial planning, and of interpretation of financial statements belonging to firms.

Valuations of the value and nature of the professional qualifications of the appraiser, real estate markets, valuation process, money and capital markets, mortgage calculations, data collection and analysis methods, and the regions surrounding neighborhood description, specifications, building description, the most effective and efficient use of real estate principles.
