Objectives of the Course
To provide the students with a general knowledge on commercial law

Concept of commercial law, commercial enterprise: commercial business, commercial suit, merchant, commercial title, commercial registry, unequal competition, commercial books, merchant aides, current account. business corporation: general partnership, limited partnership, corporations (stock company, limited partnership in which the capital is divided into shares, limited liability company) commercial paper: general rules bill of exchange, bond, cheque
