Objectives of the Course
This course aims to provide information upon causes and formation of obligation, scope of an obligation, performance or non-performance of an obligation and it s legal consequences, termination of an obligation. To establish a substantial knowledge is also aimed to provide a better understanding of other law courses will be held in following semesters.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can identify the fundamental principles in law of obligation, understand the difference and similarities between the causes of obligations PO-4 To be able to interpret and evaluate the current issues.
PO-6 To be able to identify their own learning needs and direct the learning.
Examination
LO-2 can recognize future and current conflicts deriving from law of obligations. PO-13 To be able to abide by social, scientific, cultural, and ethical values regarding the collection, interpretation and propagation of data related to international relations.
PO-18 Gain ability to adaptate oneself to technologic innovations and use the maximum level of information technologies in order to make managerial decision-making and implementation process more efficient in terms of time and resources

Course Contents
The concept and kinds of contracts, contractual obligation, contractual liability, dissolution of contracts, torts, unjust wealth and property, special debt relations, and transfer and assignment of debts.
