Objectives of the Course
This course aims to introduce main principles and issues of law of nationality and law of foreigners.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can demonstrate understanding of the relevant Codes in order to examine the selected legal topics of nationality and foreigners. PO-2 To be able to discuss the political, social and economic causes and results of the transformations experienced in a society or a government.
PO-4 To be able to interpret and evaluate the current issues.

LO-2 Can solve problems, to have analytical and holistic viewpoint and to develop strategic thinking as a principle in the field of law. PO-6 To be able to identify their own learning needs and direct the learning.
