Objectives of the Course | |||||
To provide information about the definition, sources and principles of Sufism, the elements that prepared the Tekke and Sufi literature, the formation of Tekke and Sufi literature, its spread and development in Anatolia, and the forms of verse, genres, language and style features of the works. |

PO-2 Students will learn the basic theories and applications of folklore. PO-3 Learn the theories and concepts of folklore with the epistemological foundations and apply them to the materials they collect in their professional lives. |

LO-2 | Students will be able to define the concept of Sufism in Turkish culture. |
PO-5 Graduates of the Department of Turkish Folklore will be able to analyze the processes of creation, transfer and execution of folklore products and analyze the changes and transformations of public life. PO-9 They will be able to use intercultural communication, gaining the necessary equipment to perceive and interpret different cultures. |

LO-4 | Explain the characteristics of genre, shape and style in Sufi Folk Literature. Can establish the connection between Sufi Folk Literature and Minstrel Tradition. Be able to make text analysis. |

They can approach problems in this field in a methodological and analytical way and offer solutions. PO-7 They produce knowledge about society and use the information they produce in solving economic, social and technological problems.
