Objectives of the Course | |||||
To teach the terms "folk doctor" and "folk medicine", to show the foundations of folk medicine practices, to reveal the course of Turkish folk medicine from past to present, to evaluate traditional treatment methods and practitioners from a structural and functional perspective. |

PO-1 Graduates of Turkish Folklore Department have basic and general knowledge about discipline. PO-8 They will be able to analyze the basic elements of culture and to take an active role in the protection of the information channels that protect the identity of the society through their inferences. PO-24 To be able to transfer scientific knowledge clearly and competently. |
