Objectives of the Course
To provide students with the ability to do research on their own at the end of the semester.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To define the basic concepts related to scientific research method PO-13 Carries out a study requiring speciality in the field independently.
Performance Project
LO-2 To explain the importance of scientific research PO-9 Integrates knowledge of different disciplines with the knowledge acquired in the field by relating education that is a dynamic field to the basic disciplines that influence it.

Course Contents
This course covers the basic concepts, principles and approaches of scientific research; definition of scientific method, its stages, basic features and basic assumptions; definition, types and stages of research; planning the research, preparing the research report; It includes research processes and techniques, introduction (purpose, problem, assumptions, limitations, definitions), method, universe and sample, data collection, data analysis, findings and interpretation, discussion, conclusion and suggestions, ethics in scientific research.
