Objectives of the Course | |||||
Students will understand globalization and new economic, political and social facts and concepts and their relations. Students will use new concepts orally and verbally. Students will be aware of the current educational problems of Turkey and will propose proper suggestions to them. |

The relation between postmodernism and globalization. Social change theories and globalization. Globalization and being local. Globalization and the views of its supporters. Globalization and the views of anti-globalization people. The educational dimensions of globalization. The effects of globalization on education.
