Objectives of the Course | |||||
It is aimed that students will be able to define and distinguish various concepts related to the phenomenon of disability, to learn the theoretical approaches to disability, to comprehend the social foundations of disability, to penetrate the individual and social problems experienced by the disabled, and to have information about social policies regarding disability. |

Disability, disability and disability concepts, social perception of disability, historical background of disability, models of disability, demographic characteristics of the disabled population, problems of people with disabilities, problems of their families, rehabilitation of the disabled, social policies for the disabled. | ||
