Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide information for basic materials and methods used in laboratory, and skills to perform basic experiments.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can learn for basic materials and methods used in laboratory PO-6 Develop an understanding of nature and history of scientific thought

Introduction of the materials used in the chemical laboratory, Glass and plastic materials, cleaning of glass and plastic materials, Material transfer with the aid of a micropipette and the glass pipette, determination of mass ,Methods of mixing the solution and usage of a pH meter, Incubation methods , Sterilization methods , Precipitate Fluids by centrifuges, Determination of a Compound with its Chemical Properties,
