Objectives of the Course
•Analyze ethical behavior in business environment. •Identify behavior, standards processes and methods that can improve business ethics in organizations •Focus on social responsibility and social audit •Understand the framework and fundamentals of diversity management.

This course includes ethics, business ethics, ethical theories, the relationship between ethics and economy, ethical management, approaches to social responsibility, stakeholder analysis, and diversity management.
