Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the Companies Law is to teach the theoretical knowledge of the law in this context. In this context, companies together with the general principles of law; about the individual companies and capital companies are made explanations. In this respect; about the partnership, general partnership, limited partnership, joint stock company, limited liability company and about the cooperative is given information at the undergraduate level. |
