Objectives of the Course
To examine and analyze the theories and scholars in the field of organizational behavior and to compare them with today's approaches.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 It conducts original research on all basic functions of the business in accordance with the ethics of science, institution and society and reports its findings in an objective and critical fashion. PO-17 Use modern methods and technologies of business administration including analytical thinking and information technology in the first instance.
PO-18 Have the ability to work with disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams; to be open to change and innovation, to be entrepreneur, to gain life-long learning; to have leadership qualities and to make analytical communication with managers and specialists in other fields.
PO-23 Analyze and write the texts which include professional English technical terms and words in business administration and economics research areas.
Examination
LO-2 It has managerial and leadership qualities that will set goals that will move forward the organization in which it is based, by projecting problems and providing effective solutions with a critical point of view. Examination
LO-3 Explain the basics of individual and group behaviors in businesses and the psychological processes encountered in working life. PO-5 have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behaviour along with topics such as human and human behaviour in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
